Salary: $198,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale frontend platform investments across multiple product areas.
• Define technical direction for the frontend stack through architecture and durable shared patterns.
• Build and maintain shared frontend foundations and customer-facing surfaces.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create scalable solutions with high business impact.
• Improve engineering practices, reliability, and developer experience through clear documentation and technical judgment.
• Implement AI and agentic workflows to enhance frontend development leverage and delivery speed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a frontend engineer.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, modern HTML, CSS, and React.
• Proven track record of leading complex frontend or platform initiatives beyond a single team.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and translate broad needs into technical execution.
• Strong engineering judgment balancing UX, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City to adhere to the hybrid onsite schedule.
