Salary: $135,000 – $210,000 USD (based on geographical tiering).

What you will do

• Own the technical direction of the frontend platform, including architecture, tooling, and shared systems.
• Evolve the design system into a foundational platform for engineers, designers, and AI agents.
• Lead platform initiatives such as framework upgrades, React Native modernization, and Expo adoption.
• Build shared tooling, documentation, and workflows to increase engineering velocity.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in the development process to improve developer experience.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate design decisions into scalable frontend architecture.

Requirements

• Significant experience building production software with a focus on frontend systems.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude.
• Experience with React Native or mobile development.
• Strong understanding of design systems and experience working in Figma.
• Ability to operate independently, own a technical roadmap, and drive solutions without heavy structure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Storybook, style-dictionary, or design token pipelines.
• Experience with animation and interaction frameworks like Framer Motion, Rive, or Lottie.
