Draw Coordinator I (iGaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate all pre- and post-draw activities to ensure the seamless execution of live lottery broadcasts.
• Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to uphold draw integrity and maintain strict adherence to procedures.
• Manage the scheduling and readiness of auditors, presenters, and production teams.
• Prepare, manage, and distribute critical draw documentation, logs, and audit materials.
• Review presenter scripts for accuracy and support studio setup and on-air preparation.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for draw equipment with external vendors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills suited for time-sensitive environments.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and ownership of a vehicle are required.

• Experience in regulated environments or broadcast operations.
