Location

Location: Canada. Hybrid setup: 2 days from home and 3 days in the Montreal office.

What you will do

• Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and periodic re-evaluation activities.
• Monitor supplier quality performance using defined KPIs and report deviations.
• Prepare and conduct supplier audits and assessments under guidance of the Supplier Quality Manager.
• Manage supplier-related non-conformances, including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Apply and document quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and CAPA.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing; support NPI supplier readiness and maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of quality standards and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 16949, ISO 14000).
• Practical experience with quality tools and structured problem-solving methods.
• Ability to travel.
