QA Developer (Embedded/IoT)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases for embedded systems and communications platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and system architects to define acceptance criteria and validation strategies.
• Execute integration, system, regression, and performance testing across hardware and software components.
• Analyze logs, network traces, and device telemetry to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automated verification environments.
• Research and implement new testing tools and AI-assisted quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software, firmware, or system testing.
• Strong experience in Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools, and Git.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with communication protocols, networking, or RF-based systems.
• Familiarity with C/C++ and Perl.
• Experience validating Industrial IoT or smart grid technologies.
• Experience with hardware test environments and electronic devices.
• Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools.
