Salary: $187,500–$359,400

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect and oversee M&A onboarding solutions, including data migration and integration patterns.
• Direct configuration, development, and extensions across the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams to define data models and integration strategies.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, including design governance and testing strategies.
• Manage vendor and system integrator delivery quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience delivering global enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations including design, build, test, and deploy.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement modules and Power Platform.
• Experience leading global, distributed technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
