What you will do

• Own the full growth loop, from first touch acquisition to compounding retention and monetization.
• Build and manage a diverse channel portfolio including YouTube, SEM, paid social, and partnerships.
• Lead US market expansion and replace current attribution with a real multi-touch model.
• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) by optimizing activation funnels, referral systems, and viral loops.
• Scale the Growth organization from scratch, reporting directly to the COO and co-founder.
• Own the growth marketing P&L and implement high-velocity experimentation infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a growth operator building end-to-end systems (acquisition and in-product).
• Deep fluency in activation funnels, retention curves, and monetization mechanics.
• Strong analytical depth and proficiency in product analytics and attribution stacks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across PM, Engineering, and Data.
• Ability to manage a P&L and hire senior individual contributors to a high bar.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in London.

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or creator platforms.
• Background in PLG SaaS or consumer subscription businesses.
