What you will do

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns including broadcast, digital, social, OOH, and retail POS from brief to delivery.
  • Define project scopes, develop detailed estimates, and build master timelines for automotive accounts.
  • Establish and refine agile workflows to support rapid retail turnaround times for sales events and launches.
  • Coordinate communication as the central hub between Account, Creative, Studio, Production, and Media teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, track resource hours, and manage third-party vendor costs.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet rigorous automotive tier compliance and legal standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience within a fast-paced advertising agency.
  • Proven experience working on an automotive account (OEM/Tier 1, Regional/Tier 2, or Dealer/Tier 3) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail advertising cycles and ability to pivot quickly in response to market shifts.
  • Proficiency with agency tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workamajig, or Smartsheet.
  • Hands-on experience delivering digital/social assets and video production.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
