AI Advisory Principal (AI)

Salary: $207,200–$259,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead AI Advisory engagements end-to-end, owning client relationships, discovery, scoping, workshops, final readouts, use-case selection, and statement-of-work quality.
• Shape and sell Advisory engagements with Account Executives and contribute to key pre-sales meetings.
• Build a vertical point of view covering AI use cases, best practices, technology, market intelligence, and competitor insights.
• Document engagement patterns and improve the Advisory playbook based on delivery feedback.
• Manage, coach, and support the professional development of Consultants.
• Coordinate Solutions Engineers, Designers, Tech Leads, and DSGs without directly managing them.

Requirements

• Senior manager or principal-level experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with 7+ years of professional experience.
• AI strategy or transformation experience, including scoping, proposal development, pitching, and engagement selling.
• Ability to identify AI value opportunities, shape business use cases, and advise senior client stakeholders.
• Technical credibility in AI builds and the ability to work closely with Solutions Engineers on feasibility.
• Experience with strategy, operating models, governance, change management, executive storytelling, and client workshops.
• Willingness to travel 30–60 percent, including possible international travel.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Consumer, Financial and Professional Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Experience developing or deploying GenAI applications in an enterprise setting from 0 to 1.
