What you will do

• Lead advisory engagements end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual, owning the client relationship, running workshops, leading final readouts, and driving use-case selection and SOW quality.
• Sell the Advisory phase in your vertical by shaping and qualifying opportunities alongside Account Executives and representing Scale at industry events.
• Build and maintain a vertical point of view: AI-shaped problems, best practices, technology and learnings, plus buyer-peer and competitor intelligence.
• Grow the advisory playbook from field experience by documenting patterns and updating the approach based on build feedback.
• Manage a Consultant on engagements and overall by coaching, providing feedback, and contributing to Consultant hiring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience; senior manager or principal-equivalent experience at a Tier 1 firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG ideally).
• Scoping, proposal, and pitching experience; comfortable shaping and selling an engagement, not only delivering it.
• Judgment to advise clients directly on where AI creates value by identifying and shaping the right AI-shaped use cases.
• Technical credibility to discuss AI builds and work closely with Solutions Engineers on feasibility.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Travel 30–60% (including possible international trips depending on the account).

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise vertical (Consumer, Financial & Professional Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences).
• 0-to-1 experience developing or deploying GenAI applications in an enterprise setting.
