What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for application and infrastructure architecture.
• Oversee the creation, evaluation, and implementation of IT solution plans and design proposals.
• Accelerate key initiatives including AI enablement, cloud modernization, and product re-platforming in GCP.
• Translate customer business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs.
• Lead a high-performing team while remaining engaged in hands-on architectural influence.
• Ensure development projects align with product roadmaps and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
• Experience with developing digital banking applications.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
