What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for LMS implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Oversee system setup, user access, security, and workflows to ensure scalability.
• Gather and assess stakeholder requirements to configure the LMS effectively.
• Troubleshoot system anomalies and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Build reports, queries, and data extracts to support business needs.
• Design and deliver training materials for administrators and end-users to drive adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of direct experience with enterprise LMS applications in a TD or L&D environment.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), Sumtotal, or ComplianceWire.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage vendor escalations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a global organization across multiple time zones.
