Location: On-site, Rosslyn, VA. Secret Clearance is required to start.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year

What you will do

• Monitor publicly available online information in Russian to detect potential threats to people, locations, and events.
• Utilize Russian language skills, Boolean logic, and automated search tools for deep-web research.
• Perform translation efforts while maintaining correct cultural and ethnic context.
• Provide actionable intelligence to security and law enforcement personnel worldwide.
• Operate on a shift-based schedule (6am-6:15pm, 4 shifts on/4 shifts off).

Requirements

• Secret Clearance (Must have clearance to start).
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in advanced online research, including the use of Boolean logic.
• Knowledge of machine language translation methods.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of popular and fringe social media platforms.
• Completed formal Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) or advanced internet research training.
