What you will do

• Conduct classified and open-source research to identify and develop Counterintelligence (CI) leads and high-value individuals.
• Prepare Target Nominations, Lead Tenders, Operational Support Packages, and Target Development Packages.
• Perform all-source, network, and damage assessment analysis to support critical targeting decisions.
• Coordinate targeting efforts with operational units, intelligence agencies, federal law enforcement, and HUMINT elements.
• Produce high-quality intelligence reports, analytical products, and executive-level briefings.
• Maintain intelligence databases and support CI targeting methodology training initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years as a CI/HUMINT Targeting Officer or successful completion of a foundational targeting course (e.g., JCHATC, OHTC, HTTS).
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting intelligence operations focused on China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing multiple intelligence disciplines to support sensitive collection operations.
