What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting Canadian K-12 school boards.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
  • Define and implement an AI-enabled sales strategy to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Deploy AI-enhanced CRM tools, predictive analytics, and opportunity intelligence platforms.
  • Mentor sales team members on AI-driven workflows and best practices.
  • Build and scale the sales team, including hiring and performance management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level sales and strategic market development.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian K-12 education sector and ERP modernization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and team building.
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for sales enablement and proposal drafting.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
