What you will do

• Assess clinical needs for clients requiring higher levels of care.
• Provide in-the-moment phone support for complex behavioral health issues.
• Ensure client safety and manage high-risk clinical situations.
• Navigate clients into evidence-based facilities and programs.
• Deliver longitudinal case management support via phone and email.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team of dedicated clinicians.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) is required
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
• Familiarity with health plan procedures and medical necessity criteria.
