What you will do

• Review daily patient video submissions, respond per engagement/escalation protocols, and document actions taken.
• Maintain patient-level notes in a database and perform data entry, data quality checks, and reconciliation.
• Train study sites on using hirify.global’s mobile application and resolve technical issues with the web platform.
• Prepare written reports and maintain records of program monitoring activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, develop, evaluate, and refine program processes and features.
• Provide management with participant feedback and recommendations for program and product improvement.

Requirements

• Work authorization: eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma
