What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end testing and measurement processes, including setup, execution, and analysis.
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, and aggregation using SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Conduct diagnostic analysis to identify root causes and scalable growth opportunities.
• Visualize key insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders using BI tools.
• Translate commercial and client needs into clear analytical, product, and engineering requirements.
• Develop and document internal measurement best practices, SOPs, and reusable frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst delivering tangible business impact.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python, Scala, or R.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, or Looker.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Databricks.
• Strong understanding of Retail, CPG, digital measurement, and consumer insights.
