What you will do

• Drive technical solutions using deep learning, AWS, and real-time ML serving systems.
• Design and develop software to support scalable offline ML pipelines and online serving components.
• Collaborate with applied scientists to optimize ML model performance and advance technical foundations.
• Troubleshoot and support high-volume, low-latency distributed systems handling billions of requests.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide the delivery of high-impact products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture
• Experience building and delivering complex software systems to customers
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language
• Must be authorized to work in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience in machine learning, data mining, or information retrieval
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals, training/inference lifecycles, and model optimization
• Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a tech lead
