What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic advertisers and agency partners.
  • Develop account growth plans focused on revenue expansion, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Design integrated advertising strategies using audience targeting, sponsored products, and native content.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, and Data teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Retail Media, or Media Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets with large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital ad ecosystem, including Display, Video, and Programmatic.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work model.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, CM360, DV360, or Google Analytics.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within advertisers and media agencies in Portugal.
  • Experience working for a publisher, marketplace, or adtech company.
  • Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
