What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of up to 15 Sales Agents.
- Take full ownership of the team's commercial performance, customer conversion, and deposits.
- Coach agents to success and drive continuous improvement through accountability.
- Utilize KPIs and dashboards to manage daily performance.
- Drive retention-driven sales activities to exceed targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading sales or call center teams of 10+ people.
- Native or fluent Portuguese and good working English.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Must be based in Portugal or Eastern Europe.
