What you will do
- Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of mid-market retail and ecommerce customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and marketing strategies.
- Drive retention and revenue growth through proactive account planning, business reviews, and strategic campaign recommendations.
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and achieve shared revenue targets.
- Lead new customer onboarding to ensure rapid value realization and platform adoption.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve risks to ensure long-term partnership success.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth within a dedicated book of business.
- Experience in digital advertising, CTV, SaaS, AdTech, or performance marketing.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Experience partnering with Sales Executives to deliver shared business results.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Intercom.
