What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of customers, prioritizing engagement based on account health and business impact.
- Drive retention and long-term success through proactive outreach and strategic optimization recommendations.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with the sales team to grow customer investment.
- Build and execute scalable customer success programs, including automated journeys, webinars, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve operational processes and the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to inform decision-making and identify emerging trends.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing SaaS/AdTech role.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer data to drive action.
- Experience using Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM and engagement platforms.
- Understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and ROAS metrics.
