What you will do

• Implement digital experience standards and business objectives from concept to publication.
• Review and collaborate on support articles and UX components to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Ensure all content adheres to style guides, editorial standards, SEO, and accessibility guidelines.
• Support scrum teams by collaborating with designers, product managers, developers, and legal partners.
• Write and edit microcopy, including error messages, button labels, and status messages.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of mid-level experience in support content, UX writing, or content design.
• 2+ years of experience in content strategy balancing user testing and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile or development cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with project management systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Workfront.
• Experience with conversation design.
