What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy for life and disability insurance products.
• Build and manage editorial roadmaps driven by SEO insights and business priorities.
• Establish content frameworks, standards, and governance processes to ensure consistency.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure regulatory accuracy.
• Manage external agency relationships, providing briefs, guidelines, and quality oversight.
• Lead content review and approval workflows to ensure efficient stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial strategy, or content marketing.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Legal and Compliance teams for content approval.
• Experience managing external content agencies or freelance writers.
• Experience managing large content libraries and refresh programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in life insurance, disability insurance, or insurtech.
• Knowledge of CMS, SEO platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting marketplace or direct-to-consumer digital businesses.
