Location: Must live within commuting distance of New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles hubs
Salary: $234K – $330K + Equity

What you will do
- Define and execute the early seller lifecycle strategy, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Manage and develop a high-performing Customer Success team by setting clear KPIs and fostering career growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive seller growth opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the seller by translating feedback and performance data into actionable insights.
- Build scalable processes and team culture in collaboration with RevOps to support rapid business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or seller growth within a marketplace, commerce, or SaaS business.
- Must live within commuting distance of NYC, SF, or LA hubs to support in-person planning and connection.
- Proven track record of people leadership, including hiring, scaling teams, and managing performance.
- Strong analytical and operational instincts with the ability to drive action from complex data.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without relying on hierarchy.
- Strong AI fluency or curiosity to leverage modern tools for team efficiency.
