Associate Program Officer (Education)

Salary: $130,000 – $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage select grants and contracts, co-investing alongside team colleagues and division officers.
• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize research to inform investment strategies and advise partners.
• Plan and provide on-the-ground support for team convenings, partner events, and conferences.
• Track investment progress, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate grant management tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and productivity tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Maintain relationships and gather input from partners, grantees, faculty, and students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, STEM, public policy, or a related field.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the USA (no immigration sponsorship provided for this role).
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with AI and productivity tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
• Strong research and synthesis skills, including experience conducting literature reviews.
• Excellence in concise written and oral communication for diverse audiences.
