Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid role)

Salary: €43,000 – €46,314 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead client meetings, deliver compelling pitches, and present actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements

  • Portuguese: Native or near-native proficiency required.
  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • 5–10 years of experience in market research, FMCG, or agency-side client management.
  • Strong background in shopper insights, data analytics, or revenue growth management.
  • Proven ability to present results to and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in solution selling and navigating complex sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Background in consumer and shopper research.
  • Experience in branding, media, or innovation areas.
  • Previous experience selling market research into manufacturers.
