Head of Partnerships (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own the partnership strategy for the aggregation business, aligning KPIs and commercial objectives with broader business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partnership Managers across partnership hubs and remote locations.
• Grow new and existing aggregation partnerships and build long-term relationships with stakeholders from operational contacts to board level.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and senior-level commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and CAM teams to deliver partner growth plans.
• Drive strategic projects including new market entry programmes and key partner initiatives from conception through execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior commercial or partnerships role, ideally in the iGaming sector.
• Extensive understanding of iGaming markets, competitors, game studios, and the operator landscape.
• Strong track record of complex, results-driven sales with demonstrable sustained outcomes.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, international business environment with cross-functional dependencies.
