What you will do

• Assess organisational AI maturity and implement governance practices and orchestration layers.
• Facilitate workshop series to uncover and prioritise AI use cases, producing growth maps ranked by value and feasibility.
• Develop AI differentiation strategies and create solution concept sketches and data requirements.
• Scope, plan, and guide AI pilot projects from definition to production-ready solutions.
• Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure business impact and outcomes.
• Contribute to internal AI Transformation frameworks, playbooks, and support GTM activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, digital strategy, or transformation roles.
• Solid grasp of AI and machine learning concepts to effectively partner with engineering teams.
• Ability to run workshops with senior stakeholders and present strategies to executives.
• Familiarity with foundation models, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration platforms.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate from studios in Ghent, Antwerp, or Leuven.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EU AI Act and ISO-27001 compliance.
• Proficiency in French.
