What you will do

• Perform identity verification, screening, and risk assessments for individuals, sole traders, and corporate entities.
• Conduct due diligence on tour operators and travel agencies, researching corporate registries to trace Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Investigate potential screening matches and perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entities in complex jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure a smooth process without compromising compliance rigor.
• Carry out programmatic and ad-hoc re-verifications of individuals and entities post-onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in KYC and KYB verification (FinTech, payments, gambling, or travel compliance).
• Ability to read complex corporate structures and identify UBOs across international jurisdictions.
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and international sanctions programs.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must have the full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with verification tools such as Persona.
• Ability to analyze metrics and identify data-driven ways to improve compliance workflows.
