What you will do

• Lead testing activities for assigned applications, projects, and production releases.
• Review business requirements and technical documentation to define testing scope.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate test case design, data preparation, and execution cycles.
• Manage defect tracking and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor testing progress and mitigate delivery risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing or QA experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading testing projects or teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience managing functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in defect management and risk-based testing.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare payer platforms like NASCO, Facets, or NCompass.
• Knowledge of healthcare business processes (claims, enrollment, billing).
• Proficiency with tools such as qTest, Jira, Tosca, Selenium, or Postman.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
