What you will do

• Shape and own the overall QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Lead, guide, and mentor QA engineers, establishing testing standards and prioritizing approaches.
• Drive quality validation for multi-stream platforms powered by Adobe Commerce and Enterprise CMS (Optimizely, AEM).
• Execute hands-on validation of complex user flows and implement modern test automation tools.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven testing tools and workflows to optimize execution and triage.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design during sprint planning to ensure clear acceptance criteria and risk identification.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including leading QA strategy on enterprise engagements.
• Hands-on testing expertise with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Proven background testing large-scale Enterprise CMS environments, preferably Optimizely or AEM.
• Experience with functional automation frameworks and performance tools.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira defect lifecycle management, and shift-left testing.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility testing best practices.
