Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans for shared platform capabilities.
• Create and improve automated tests, scripts, and programs to validate functionality and stability.
• Perform manual testing where automation is not yet available.
• Pinpoint software issues and partner with development engineers to drive resolution.
• Analyze defects, document reproduction steps, and assess risk and customer impact.
• Participate in pull requests, design reviews, and technical discussions with a quality-focused perspective.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks and QA best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted SDLC, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of UI, API, integration, performance, regression, and security testing.
• Experience improving test strategies and release readiness processes.
