What you will do

• Design risk-based test strategies and rapidly convert them into automated coverage using AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright integrated within GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement agentic testing workflows that generate and adapt tests using AI models and APIs.
• Build reusable frameworks, shared libraries, and AI-powered tools to increase authoring velocity across teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to shift quality left and influence design decisions.
• Drive quality metrics, including automated coverage growth, flakiness reduction, and release confidence.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug code across modern programming languages.
• Extensive experience with modern test automation frameworks, specifically Playwright.
• Proven ability to use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) as a primary development partner.
• Experience building scalable automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of agentic testing frameworks or LLM API integrations within engineering workflows.
• Deep understanding of quality engineering principles, risk analysis, and defect prevention.

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI-powered products, agents, or LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI quality assessment, and AI observability.
• Experience with performance, load, or resilience testing.
• Experience with test management platforms integrated with Jira.
