What you will do

• Create and maintain project automation test strategies.
• Coordinate automation development and test processes with Project Managers.
• Define automation scope, plan schedules, and measure effectiveness of solutions.
• Initiate, prepare, implement, and execute automation tests, reviewing results and planning corrective actions.
• Set up testware configuration management and establish environments for automation testing.
• Introduce metrics, create quality control summary reports, and perform regular status reporting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in software testing and QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing test strategies across complex, multi-product environments.
• Hands-on experience in leading functional and regression testing efforts.
• Experience with defect management, impact analysis, and estimation for new testing demands.
• Strong skills in SQL and database validation for data-driven testing.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Manager).
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and test automation frameworks (Selenium).
• Knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes), performance monitoring (Grafana), and DevOps practices.
