What you will do

• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Supply Chain ERP applications.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Manage L1/L2 application operations while collaborating with consultants and developers on complex L3 topics.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for long-term maintainability.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Supply Chain business processes in an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation for operational excellence.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
