TL;DR

Salary: 63,200 CAD – 88,400 CAD

What you will do

  • Execute customer success programs, onboarding initiatives, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and optimize the customer journey.
  • Maintain success processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Coordinate outreach programs and relationship-building activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
