What you will do
- Execute customer success programs, onboarding initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and optimize the customer journey.
- Maintain success processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Coordinate outreach programs and relationship-building activities.
- Analyze customer feedback to develop actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
