Senior Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil)

What you will do

• Define and manage the product backlog aligned with business objectives and Open Finance strategies.
• Lead the evolution of account data sharing journeys, including consent management and transaction data flows.
• Drive the development and optimization of payment products, specifically payment initiation services and Pix-related solutions.
• Translate regulatory obligations and business requirements into clear user stories for engineering teams.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, such as API response times and consent conversion rates.
• Collaborate with architecture and leadership teams to deliver scalable financial products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within fintech, banking, or payment services.
• Deep understanding of the Open Finance ecosystem in Brazil, including regulations and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with account data sharing, transaction history, or payment initiation services.
• Technical understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, FAPI standards, and LGPD compliance.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Pix functionalities, including Pix Automático and Pix Agendado.
• Experience participating in Open Finance governance working groups or industry committees.
• Background in large-scale digital transformation within highly regulated financial environments.
