What you will do

• Lead the creation and evolution of the enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Chair the AI Governance Board to ensure ethical, fair, and compliant AI usage.
• Drive AI-enabled innovation and transformation across all business functions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define platform and technology choices.
• Establish transparent AI portfolio management and ROI measurement practices.
• Lead programs to uplift AI literacy and embed responsible AI behaviors across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong track record in business or technology management, ideally at an executive level.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organization-wide transformation.
• Deep understanding of AI value creation in information-intensive industries.
• Proven ability to shape new business models and lead significant change efforts.
• Commitment to data privacy, ethical conduct, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Multi-industry exposure and vertical sector knowledge.
• P&L responsibility experience.
