What you will do

• Lead and coach two external sales professionals focused on concrete precasters and direct construction sales.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, architects, and structural engineers.
• Provide expert technical consultation on brickwork support systems and installation compliance.
• Promote and sell the hirify.global product portfolio, including Halfen solutions, to key market stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to tailor technical solutions to specific customer requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales within the construction or structural engineering sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching or managing sales professionals.
• Deep understanding of construction systems, structural design, and local building standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in Finland and capable of regular onsite presence in Helsinki.
• Professional proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
