What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for the website based on input from brand, sales, and marketing teams.
• Design new components, pages, and interactive experiences for hirify.global.com.
• Create standalone micro-sites and online tools to meet specific brand or commercial objectives.
• Maintain and extend the website design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with web developers to support the translation of designs into working builds.
• Design assets for social media channels to increase brand visibility and attention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital design experience working in-house at a technology product company or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, digital, and interactive design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including the use of design systems, libraries, and variables.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and illustration.
• Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom and have the right to work independently without sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of browser technical constraints and what can be realistically built.

Nice to have

• Hands-on prototyping abilities in HTML, CSS, and JS (AI-assisted tools like Claude are acceptable).
