What you will do

• Implement and support improvements to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery times.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with Development, QA, IT Operations, and Infosec.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations and act as a business SME.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure the service runs effectively.
• Apply best practices in DevOps through people, processes, and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance, particularly with Jenkins.
• Practical experience using Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proficiency in Python for writing automation scripts.
• Experience with Java programming and Maven for builds.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attain UK Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with schema change management tools such as Liquibase.
• Understanding of GitOps principles.
• Experience with various ecosystem databases, architecture, and integration.
