What you will do

• Build fault-tolerant, geographically distributed infrastructure supporting multiple data centers with replication, sharding, auto-balancing, and failover.
• Deploy and maintain services with strict availability in large-scale environments, collaborating with engineers to meet demand.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform for automated management.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, including blockchain node fleets for 25+ layer 1 protocols.
• Collaborate with backend and SRE teams on metrics, resilience, and developer experience.
• Provide on-call support for 24/7 system availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years as DevOps Engineer operating production infrastructure.
• Hands-on blockchain infrastructure experience (node deployment, syncing, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automated provisioning.
• Containerization and Kubernetes production operations (EKS preferred).
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Networking fundamentals (VPCs, routing, load balancing, DNS, firewalls).
• Secure systems (IAM, secrets, network security, vulnerability management).
• Proficiency in bash, Python, or Go; strong troubleshooting in distributed systems.
