What you will do

• Act as the principal financial co-pilot to the GC leadership teams to design and deploy business strategies.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to generate profitable long-term growth and identify value creation opportunities.
• Own the financial performance planning cadence and deliver key insights to achieve strategic goals.
• Design and evaluate innovation and strategic business cases cross-functionally.
• Lead analysis and intervention on price, mix, and margin performance using NRM/RGM models.
• Coordinate the S&OP process and lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of managerial finance experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic partnering across diverse markets.
• Exceptional analytical capability paired with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience navigating high business complexity, including multiple brands and hybrid route-to-market models.
• High integrity, transparency, and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
