Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage vendor master records, ensuring complete documentation and accurate data.
• Process and quality-check invoices, managing indirect taxes (VAT/GST) and resolving holds promptly.
• Execute scheduled payments, generate cash requirement reports, and perform SOX-compliant inspections.
• Close AP ledgers on time and prepare month-end report packages and account reconciliations.
• Manage the I2P helpdesk for vendors and employees and process T&E expense reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Fluent in English AND either Korean or Japanese.
• Must be based in Dalian, China, and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
