What you will do

• Shape the Group's IR strategy, engagement plans, and investor messaging, translating business performance into clear narratives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor and analyst enquiries and manage proactive relationship targeting.
• Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings, including the preparation of briefing materials.
• Project manage the quarterly earnings cycle, including the preparation of releases, scripts, and Q&A documents.
• Maintain the investor CRM database and oversee updates to the corporate Investor Relations website.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and the Board on market perception and analyst coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Direct experience with listed-company earnings processes and fair disclosure principles.
• Proficiency with IR tools and market data platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4, or Nasdaq IR Insight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting US-listed companies (Nasdaq or NYSE) and familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements (Reg FD).
• Existing network of relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices in the region.
