What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to management within Production and Warehouse Logistics.
• Implement corporate HR initiatives and organizational culture programs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage documentation for international employees.
• Coordinate training initiatives and lead annual salary reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Fluent in Polish (implied by location and labor law requirements).
• Communicative level of English.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience in managing recruitment processes.
