People Partner
Software Mind
📍 Kraków, Poland (Remote)
Software Mind is looking for a People Partner to join its cross-functional People team, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, organizational growth, leadership development, and employee experience in an international technology environment.
What you’ll be doing:
— Partner with managers and leadership teams on strategic HR planning and organizational change initiatives
— Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and people-related topics
— Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employee experience initiatives
— Support talent management, retention, and leadership development programs
— Ensure HR policies and processes comply with local labor law and internal standards
— Analyze HR metrics and people analytics to support data-driven decision making
— Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational excellence
What they’re looking for:
— Several years of experience in HR or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within IT or software services
— Experience partnering with managers and leadership teams in dynamic organizations
— Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, organizational development, and change management
— Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
— Fluent English (written and spoken)
— International experience, HR systems knowledge, and leadership development exposure are considered a plus
