Learning & Development Business Partner EEM (k/m/nb)

What you will do

• Identify regional learning needs and define development priorities with business stakeholders.
• Design and deploy annual training plans covering technical and non-technical competencies.
• Coordinate global and local learning initiatives and manage key programs as project manager.
• Lead apprenticeship programs with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
• Track learning metrics and KPIs, maintain data quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build an internal trainer network and coordinate AI training supporting digital adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, training, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in multinational matrix environments and partnering with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Business acumen and proficiency with everyday AI tools for productivity and learning content creation.
