TL;DR

Learning & Development Business Partner (AI): Driving learning consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of capability-building programs across the EEM region with an accent on aligning regional initiatives with global L&D strategy. What you will do

  • Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and define development priorities.
  • Design and deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical competencies.
  • Manage and coordinate global and local learning initiatives as a project manager.
  • Lead apprenticeship programs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
  • Monitor learning metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and coordinate AI training programs to support digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in multinational matrix environments.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Experience with AI tools for productivity and learning content creation.
