People Partner (AI CRM)

Location: Based in Poland, preferably Warsaw

What you will do

• Own the employee experience across onboarding, regular check-ins, 1-to-1s, leave, policy questions, employment changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers and HR Operations on offers, system requests, stakeholder alignment, and organizational changes.
• Support the Annual Review, Upward Review, Engagement Survey, and other global HR initiatives.
• Coordinate communications, completion tracking, summaries, and guidance for managers and employees.
• Contribute to One Team Days, HR marketing initiatives, and other people projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally as a People Partner or HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience running regular 1-to-1s and supporting employees with day-to-day matters.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset and genuine interest in people and employee experience.
• Fluent English required.
