What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding and regular 1-to-1s to offboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters, leave, and policies.
• Partner with managers and HR Ops to handle employment changes, prepare offers, and manage organizational updates.
• Execute key global HR initiatives, including Annual Reviews, Upward Reviews, and Engagement Surveys.
• Support internal people projects and corporate events such as One Team Days and HR marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, specifically as a People Partner or HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience conducting 1-to-1s and managing day-to-day employee relations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on employee experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Poland (preferably Warsaw).
